What is a weighted blanket?
The Padreamora weighted blanket will help you get rid of insomnia and other sleep disorders, reduce stress, worries and anxiety. It can be used instead of a regular blanket for sleeping. It is suitable for both adults and children, for everyday use. The blanket comes with a duvet cover that can be removed, washed and replaced with other bedding if necessary.
How does a weighted blanket work?
The Pandreamora weighted blanket, thanks to its reinforced and distributed weight over the entire surface, creates a feeling of gentle hugs. Covering yourself with such a blanket, you gain a pleasant sense of security and peace. Thanks to this, our body and nervous system calm down automatically. The level of arousal, stress and anxiety decreases, you can fall asleep peacefully and quickly, and wake up really rested.
There is a scientific basis for this effect.
Additionally, correct, deep pressure from the weight of the blanket has a relaxing effect on joints, muscles and tendons.
How do I choose the size and weight of the blanket I need?
The weight of the Padremora blanket is selected individually. The ideal solution is for the sensory blanket to be used by one person. This will give you the maximum beneficial effect. The optimal weight of the blanket in single and one and a half person sizes should be about 10-15 percent of the weight of the person who will sleep under it. Personal feelings and wishes should also be taken into account.
When selecting the weight of a double blanket, you should start with the weight of the largest user.
To make your choice easier, we advise you to use the following recommendations:
- 135x200cm is a size suitable for children, teenagers and most adults with a height of no more than 180cm.
If your weight does not exceed 70 kg, we recommend bringing a 6 kg blanket; from 70-90 kg - an 8 kg blanket; 90-110 kg - a 10 kg blanket; over 110 kg - a 12 kg blanket. - 150x220 cm – a one and a half circle blanket, under which you can feel more comfortable if a single bed is too small for you and you like to sink into the blanket more. If the weight of the sleeper is up to 85 kg - an 8 kg blanket; 85-100 kg - a 10 kg blanket; over 100 kg - you can consider a 12 kg blanket.
- 200x220 cm - standard two-person blanket for two people. If both users weigh up to 85 kg, then you choose a 10 kg blanket; if one or both people weigh more than 85kg-90kg, you can take a blanket weighing 11kg or 12kg.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that with a very large difference in the weight of people sleeping under one blanket, it will be either very difficult for someone, or on the contrary, very easy. In such a case, it is better to buy a blanket in one size for everyone.
What ailments and problems does a weighted blanket help with?
Research and many years of experience show that heavy blankets help get rid of:
- Sleep disturbances/insomnia (or difficulty falling asleep)
- Stressed out
- Anxiety and panic attacks
- Nervous and physical overload of the body
Are weighted blankets also for children?
The sensory blanket is not recommended for children under 3 years of age. However, older children can use it just like adults.
Can you sleep together under a weighted blanket?
Of course you can! We have double blankets especially for this purpose, measuring 200x220 cm and weighing from 10 to 12 kg.
However, to get 100% effect from using a heavy blanket, we recommend using one blanket per person. This is especially true if the people planning to sleep under the same blanket differ significantly in weight. More than 30-40 kg.

Can a weighted blanket be washed?
Of course! You can hand or machine wash a weighted blanket. Just make sure your machine is rated for the weight of the blanket.
How to wash a weighted blanket?
Pandreamora blankets consist of two parts: a removable underblanket and a heavy blanket. Both can be washed by hand or in a washing machine at 30°C without any additional preparation. For example, there is no need to remove the filling, as is the case when washing blankets from other manufacturers.
You will almost always need to wash just the duvet cover. If you need to wash just the blanket, first make sure it does not exceed the maximum weight limit for your washing machine. There are no other restrictions on washing a blanket.
Do not use a dryer as this may damage the fabric.

Delivery, payment and return
Answers about payment methods, delivery, warranty and exchange
Delivery
Orders are processed after confirmation of all details (product selection, size, color, delivery address, payment method). In the case of payment by bank transfer, the processing time starts from the moment the payment is posted.
The order will be sent when all products are ready. Estimated shipping time is 3-10 business days. The seller delivers in Poland via courier companies and InPost parcel lockers.
The shipping cost is covered by the Buyer in accordance with InPost's tariffs, and the final amount is visible in the order summary.
What are the payment methods?
The buyer can choose the payment method when placing the order from the following options:
- Transfers 24
- Bank transfer to the Seller's account
If you choose bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 business days of receiving the email order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
In exceptional cases, it is possible to extend the payment deadline after obtaining the Seller's consent, which must be confirmed by e-mail.
What are the terms and conditions for returns?
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (this may be a message sent by traditional mail or e-mail). A sample withdrawal form is available on our website.
The goods must be returned in a resalable condition, i.e. clean and dry. If the goods are returned in a defective condition, e.g. with stains, holes, animal hair or in any other damaged condition, a refund will not be made.
The return costs are covered by the Consumer. After receiving the returned goods and confirming their condition, we will refund the payment, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest option offered by the Seller).
