Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. The fastest and most convenient way is to do it electronically — log in to your account (we will send a confirmation code to your e-mail) and submit the request for the relevant order:

After submitting the request, you will receive an automatic confirmation of its receipt at the e-mail address provided. You can use the withdrawal function throughout the entire 14-day period, including as a guest.
